These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 19ph platform and all related services. Please read this document in full before registering or depositing. By accessing 19ph, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All 19ph players must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing. 19ph conducts mandatory age and identity verification before any real-money play is permitted.

By creating an account on 19ph, depositing funds, accessing any game or betting market, or otherwise using any feature of the 19ph platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using 19ph and close your account.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 19ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and 19ph.
These Terms are written in English and governed by Philippine law. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and this English version, the English version shall prevail.

19ph operates under a valid gaming authorization issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), pursuant to applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations. The 19ph platform is legally authorized to offer online casino games, live dealer table games, sports betting, bingo, and related gaming services to eligible players within the Philippines.
All games available on 19ph use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been tested and verified for statistical fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games reflect independently verified figures and are not subject to modification by 19ph operators.
19ph complies with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001), as amended, and all related AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) regulations. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with statutory obligations.

Access to and use of the 19ph platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
Providing false information regarding your age or identity during registration is a criminal offense under Philippine law and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities.
19ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) 19ph account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.
At registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a functional email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
19ph is required by PAGCOR to conduct Know Your Customer verification on all accounts. You will be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, PhilSys ID, UMID, SSS, or driver's license) and may be required to provide proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are restricted from withdrawals.
19ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or regulatory non-compliance. In cases of account closure due to player breach, any balance — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 19ph login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN (OTP) with any other person. 19ph will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
You must notify 19ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 19ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or to notify 19ph promptly of suspected compromise.
Enable all available security features in your 19ph account settings, including OTP verification and session alerts. Never access 19ph from shared, public, or unsecured devices.
Deposits to 19ph are accepted in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the payment methods listed on the platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, selected cryptocurrency methods, and over-the-counter cash payment channels. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. Deposits are credited to your 19ph account balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment processor.
All funds deposited to 19ph must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. 19ph reserves the right to hold or reverse deposits where third-party funding is suspected.
19ph does not accept cash deposits made directly to any employee or agent. Players should not respond to any individual claiming to represent 19ph and soliciting direct cash payment.
All promotions offered by 19ph are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and to these general bonus terms. Where a conflict exists, the promotion-specific terms prevail. 19ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Bonus funds credited to your 19ph account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the promotion terms. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x on a PHP 1,000 bonus means you must place qualifying wagers totaling PHP 30,000 before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games and table games may contribute at a lower percentage than slots. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the promotion terms.
The following behaviors constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure:
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your 19ph balance without further notice.
Withdrawal requests submitted to 19ph are subject to the following conditions:
19ph reserves the right to apply a withdrawal review period for accounts that have not completed a full review cycle, for large-value withdrawals, or where unusual activity patterns have been detected. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to a review period.
Only real-money balance (not bonus funds) may be withdrawn. Any withdrawal request that would result in a negative real-money balance after application of active wagering requirements will be declined until wagering requirements are met or bonus funds are forfeited.
Each game available on 19ph is governed by its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand the applicable game rules.
All bets placed and game outcomes recorded by the 19ph system are considered final once a game round is completed and results are displayed. Technical malfunctions or connection interruptions that affect a game round may result in the round being voided and stakes refunded, at 19ph's sole discretion.
In the event of a discrepancy between the results displayed on your device and the results recorded by the 19ph server, the server record shall be the authoritative record for all settlement purposes.
Sports betting markets offered on 19ph are governed by the sports betting rules specific to each market and sport type, available within the sportsbook interface. Settlement of bets follows official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, and applicable football leagues) within the time periods specified in the sportsbook rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 19ph platform. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended or permanently closed and may have winnings voided:

19ph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Age verification is a condition of account activation. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds will be dealt with in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
All content on the 19ph platform, including but not limited to software, games, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, user interface designs, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of 19ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 19ph platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 19ph content without explicit written authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 19ph's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action, including claims arising from game outcomes, payment processing, account management, or platform availability, shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to 19ph in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits 19ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
19ph collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with the 19ph Privacy Policy and the requirements of Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations.
By registering on 19ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and the delivery of the 19ph platform and associated communications.

19ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the registered email address or by prominent notice on the 19ph platform prior to the effective date of the change.
Your continued use of the 19ph platform following notice of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using 19ph before the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 19ph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts, unless resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described below.
Before commencing any legal proceedings, you agree to raise any dispute with 19ph customer support and allow a period of thirty (30) days for internal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the licensing authority. PAGCOR's decision on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction shall be final and binding.
